These systems help you obtain information to make planning and building decisions and submit a complete development assessment application.

Development.i is Council's development search and tracking tool that lets you save searches, set favourites on development applications, or create email notifications to track application progress.

City Plan online contains the text and mapping for Brisbane City Plan 2014. You can view what zoning, overlays, neighbourhood plans, infrastructure and other planning legislation may affect your property or development.
