HSF health plan provides a scheme through three main outlets; individual, family and corporate. You can apply online for an individual or family scheme or you can find out if your employer provides HSF health plan as an employee benefit.
Each plan consists of a range of schemes. You pay a premium for the scheme that suits your requirements, then you claim cash back for your treatments as and when you need to. In addition to this, we can also cover the costs of healthcare for your spouse/partner and children (up to the age of 21 living with you) at no extra cost.

For over 140 years, we have been providing assistance through charitable funds in the UK and Republic of Ireland. All profits made by HSF Health Plan are channelled to its parent charity. This allows us to support medically-associated charities and individuals in the form of grants. We make applying for a grant as simple as possible.
